FAQ’s 

You may have many great questions before, during and after your session with me. If you have any questions that are not answered here please do not hesitate to drop me an email (trevorturpinbooking@gmail.com). 

 

How Do I Book A Session?

Visit HERE. It can take up to 48 hours for me to respond and confirm your booking. The reservation payment confirms your day with me. The remaining balance of your session will be due before deliverables are sent. 

Where will the photos take place?

I am open to any and all locations! Typically we will lock in a location once we have a theme and vibe locked in.

What Should I Wear To My Session? 

I recommend choosing outfits that not only fit the vibe we are going for, but options that allow you to feel beautiful and most like yourself. Have fun with your outfit choices! If you need guidance, I am here to help.

 I Have Never Had Professional Photos Before?

Not a problem!

I am here to help you pose and feel confident in front of the camera, with encouragement and natural movement suggestions. My assistants model as well and will be present to assist with poses if needed. If At any time anything feels awkward, we can move on to what works best. Relax, this day is for you! 

How Long Will My Session Take?

This depends on the session you chose. Any where from 1 -6 hours. Please allow yourself plenty of travel time to locations.  I will be in contact with you before your session. During which we will discuss location, your goals for the day, and how you envision your final images.

How Soon After Will I Receive My Images?

After your session I will have to process and scan the film. This can take up to one full business week. Once images are processed, I will spend hours making sure they are perfect. I will select only the best from your day and then make them available to you online. There are no proof galleries, just the finished photos. The process from development of the film, to finished product can take up to 3 weeks. If you need them sooner we can discuss other options.  

*** I do not provide RAW or unedited images from the sessions. The final images presented to you are chosen from my artistic discretion and are the only images available to you.  I understand that this may not meet the needs of every client, so let’s discuss this prior to booking. I am always flexible. ***

Who Owns The Copyright to my Photos? 

Trevor Turpin (Filmulaic Productions) owns the full copyright to all photographs and video taken (if a video option is selected). I am sure to use the images to promote my business either in print, on my website, on social media, promotional materials and possibly in public shows or published works.

You may use them for anything you'd like, in fact, I hope you do! Should the images we create together ever be published (magazine/newspaper/or any line forum such as facebook/twitter/tumblr/instagram/blog/personal website etc) Trevor Turpin must be credited. A  link to my website or social media platform is always appreciated. There will be a contract and model release signed prior to your session. I will never share your personal information in reference to your images with out prior consent. And I will never use your image inappropriately.  

Can I Bring Someone With Me or Bring A Pet?

Most definitely!

Please notify me prior to the shoot so we can be conscious of headcount while we prep. Sometimes locations / sets are small. I want everyone to feel comfortable. 

What If I Have To Cancel My Session? 

I understand that life happens, I will always try to make every attempt to re-schedule you as soon as possible.

If you must reschedule your deposit is good for 6 months and will be held to book another date.  Reservation payments are non-refundable, so please make sure to rebook as soon as possible. If A 2nd reschedule is needed you will be charged a new reservation payment and you will be required to pay the session balance in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your next chosen session date. 

Should your session get cancelled due to weather we will work together to re-schedule in the next available slot.
